Over 100 participants were welcomed online by DMT’s Managing Director Jens-Peter Lux and our partners, including the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie), Georg Agricola University of Applied Sciences, VDMA Mining, BAUER, FAB, PBT, Wismut GmbH as well as the German-Chilean and German-Australian Chambers of Industry and Commerce.
Engaging discussions and presentations provided insight into how an entire industry is experiencing its transformation and driving the future of responsible resource extraction. After such an exciting and promising impetus, we are now looking forward all the more to the next live MiningForum, which will bring us all together again for exchange and networking in Berlin, 19-20 May 2022.
